Limited manufactures Spray Tint, a pigmented coating
designed for ceiling restoration. Spray-Tint coating is
suitable for all types of suspended ceiling tiles including
those of metal construction depending on condition and
age. Spray Tint restores
a ceiling to its original new condition without impeding
any of the inherent fire retardancy or acoustic properties
and with cost saving of up to 90% compared with total
tile replacement. Spray Tint uses
proven environmentally-friendly chemicals which
exceed the strictest health, safety and fire regulations.
It is available in brilliant white and a range of colours
to complement existing decor and original tile texture.
Composition
and manufacture
Spray Tint
is a water-based polyvinyl acetate dispersion combining
inorganic pigments, extenders and pine oils. With one quick
drying application, ceilings are dry within 20 minutes of
completion. Spray Tint
does not affect the inherent properties of the ceiling
tiles to which it is applied and will not cause the tiles
to stick to the supporting grid system.
Performance
Spray Tint
is non-flammable and has been tested
in accordance to BS 476:Part 6:1989 and Part 7:1987 and
classified as Class 0.
Site
work
Surrounding areas and fittings should be
covered, heavily soiled areas should be cleaned and any
debris removed prior to commencement of work. Ceiling light
reflection is significantly enhanced. Spray Tint has
no effect on the inherent acoustic properties of the tiles
to which it is applied. as clean

night, at weekends and times most
